Job title: Contentious Private Client Solicitor

My client is a leading Legal 500 and Chambers ranked regional firm, currently seeking a Contentious Probate solicitor to join its established practice in Southampton. Due to expansion, an opportunity has arisen to join the existing specialist team who are amongst the most highly regarded private client teams in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full range of contentious probate work including wills disputes, probate actions, capacity issues, abuse of LPA and inheritance act claims.
  • Collaborate with the highly rated private client team, providing litigation support on mental capacity issues.
  • Contribute to a collegiate environment with excellent prospects for progression and high-quality work in this practice area.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Ideally you will be a qualified solicitor with 2-6 years plus PQE and a proven track record in the relevant contentious probate work.
