Qualifications

• Extensive experience advising on trade mark, copyright, design right and patent disputes.
• Strong knowledge of IP enforcement and domain name disputes.
• Ability to manage complex IP disputes with autonomy and commercial judgement.
• Experience building and growing an IP team is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the contentious IP practice within the team.
• Advise clients on trade mark, copyright, design right and patent infringement matters.
• Monitor IP law developments and inform colleagues.
• Run an independent caseload while collaborating with IP specialists across the wider practice.
• Support business development and grow DWF's IP offering.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
