Job summary

Lex Exec in London seeks an Employment Solicitor or Associate to join an established Employment team. The role involves a varied contentious caseload advising individuals and senior executives on workplace disputes and negotiated outcomes, with scope for increasing responsibility under senior support.

Ideal candidates have around 2–4 years’ PQE in Employment law, strong drafting and client communication skills, and a drive to develop technical expertise in a busy, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ PQE in Employment law
• Experience representing employees or claimants in Employment disputes
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Confidence communicating directly with clients
• Well-organised approach to managing competing priorities
• Sound commercial judgement

Responsibilities

• Handle Employment Tribunal litigation, including unfair dismissal and discrimination
• Advise individuals and senior executives on workplace disputes and negotiated outcomes
• Develop case strategy with support from senior colleagues
• Draft legal documents and advise clients throughout matters
• Contribute to complex disputes and progress cases with client relationships
