A top-tier, full-service law firm with a growing presence across the UK and internationally is seeking a talented Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join its dynamic and high-performing Construction & Engineering team.
About the Role:
This role offers exposure to high-value, complex disputes across a wide range of contentious construction matters. You will work alongside recognised partners and industry experts advising public and private sector clients—including developers, contractors, consultants, insurers, and funders—on mediation, adjudication, litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse legal positions and provide strategic advice on resolution.
Represent clients in mediation, adjudication, litigation and arbitration.
Draft pleadings and settlement agreements.
Compile and analyse evidence and witness statements.
Support marketing initiatives and present at industry seminars.
Mentor junior team members and trainees.
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years PQE with goodexperience in contentious construction law
Strong drafting and legal analysis skills.
Commercially aware, highly organised, and team-oriented.
