Frasia Wright Associates seeks an experienced Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its Construction and Engineering Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years' PQE, proven experience in construction and litigation, and be adept at handling matters through Court of Session and Sheriff Court, including mediation and arbitration.

Our client is currently recruiting experienced Solicitors to join its Construction and Engineering Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team advises on a range of high-profile and complex construction matters, including contentious claims and insurance disputes, across various formal dispute processes such as mediation, adjudication, litigation and arbitration.

The positions will be for candidates with a minimum of 4 years and between 1-5 years’ PQE level, with prior experience in construction and litigation. You should also have experience representing clients in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court.
