Qualifications

• 3-10 years' PQE in contentious construction law required.
• Strong grounding in construction disputes from a respected firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise on disputes from major standard form contracts.
• Act in litigation, arbitration, and other forms of ADR.
• Support clients from pre-dispute advisory stages to resolution.
