You will play a key role in advising on a broad range of contentious construction matters, including adjudications, arbitrations, and litigation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside respected partners on complex disputes involving major infrastructure, energy, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling high-value, multi-party construction and engineering disputes
• Advising clients on contract interpretation, payment issues, defects, delays, and professional negligence
• Managing adjudications, arbitrations, and TCC litigation
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and expert instructions
• Supporting senior lawyers and contributing to business development

About You:

• 2–6 years’ PQE in contentious construction law (or similar experience level)
• Solid understanding of JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and other standard form contracts
• Strong litigation or arbitration experience (UK or international)
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Committed to client service and professional development
