Contentious Construction Lawyer

My client is a leading commercial top 100 law firm who are seeking a Contentious Construction Lawyer to join their highly ranked team in central Exeter to handle cutting-edge cases in renewable energy and high-profile disputes in commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

You'll be an experienced construction lawyer of around 2+ years PQE ideally with predominantly contentious expertise.

The team works across a broad range of sectors including renewables, energy, healthcare, and education, and expertise and a keen interest in any of these areas would be a real advantage.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious construction lawyer to join a leading construction team working on a wide range of construction and engineering matters, managing risk, providing strategic advice, and resolving disputes through adjudication, litigation, and ADR.

You can expect to collaborate with both national and international clients on major disputes and dispute avoidance strategies.
