The Role:

Focus on EN>FR translation and transcreation tasks, with some proofreading, writing, and editing of French content. Looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual passionate about digital content, with a background in translation, linguistics, journalism, or related fields. Reports to the Content Team Manager and collaborates with a team of 10 writers and translators.

Responsibilities:

• Translate content from English to French (promotions, emails, newsletters, terms & conditions, etc.)
• Transcreate SEO content and social media copy for casino and sports betting products
• Translate new website content
• Proofread, edit, and update existing content

Candidate Requirements:

• Native French speaker with fluency in English
• Excellent writing skills and impeccable grammar
• Experience in translation/localisation
• Good organisational skills
• Degree in foreign languages, translation, journalism, or creative writing (desirable)
• Understanding of marketing techniques (desirable)
• Experience in gaming industry (desirable)
• Basic HTML knowledge (advantage)
