The Role:

The main focus is on EN>FR translation and transcreation tasks, with some proofreading, writing, and editing of French text.

We seek a creative, detail-oriented digital content enthusiast with a background in translation, linguistics, journalism, or related fields. Reporting to the Content Team Manager, you'll collaborate with a team of 10 writers and translators.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Translating content from English to French: promotions, emails, newsletters, terms & conditions, etc.
• Transcreating SEO content and social media copy for casino and sports betting products
• Translating new website content
• Proofreading, editing, and updating existing content

Person Specifications:

• Must have French as a first language and fluency in English
• Excellent writing skills and impeccable grammar
• Experience in translation and/or localisation
• Good organisational skills
• Degree in foreign languages/translation/journalism/creative writing (desirable)
• Understanding of marketing techniques (desirable)
• Experience in gaming industry (desirable)
• Basic HTML knowledge (advantage)
• Knowledge of translation software (advantage)
• Hybrid working: 2 days remote, 3 days in-office
• Work from abroad up to 4 weeks/year
