The Growth Company’s Marketing Manchester team is seeking a Content Assistant to help plan, curate and deliver compelling visual storytelling through photography, video, and editorial content. The role focuses on sourcing and developing high-quality visual assets to support Greater Manchester’s objectives.

Hybrid role with up to 2 days per week in Lee House, Manchester. You will work with partners and freelancers to shape content for multiple audiences and campaigns, under the Content Manager’s

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing abilities with clear, engaging prose.
• Experience in content writing and creating editorial material.
• Ability to develop messages from complex topics for varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Create and develop content promoting Greater Manchester as a place to visit, meet, invest and study.
• Write engaging copy for multiple channels and campaigns.
• Support planning and delivery of image and video shoots.
• Collaborate with partners, agencies and freelancers on content outputs.
• Coordinate with teams to maximise reach and impact of content.
• Build relationships with stakeholders reflecting Greater Manchester’s strengths.
• Monitor content performance against targets and budget usage.
• Assist with budget management to ensure value for money.
