Training Content Developer (3 Months – Immediate Start) £425p/d - Outside IR35
We're on the lookout for a Training Content Developer to join us on a 3-month contract, starting ASAP. If you're a creative and detail-oriented professional with a flair for turning technical concepts into engaging learning materials, this could be the role for you.
You'll work closely with subject matter experts to create high-quality user guides, training decks, and video tutorials that support the adoption of our client’s bespoke and niche software applications.
From scripting and recording to editing and formatting, you'll bring learning content to life across multiple formats.
What we're looking for:
    Proven experience developing training materials for IT systems or business applications
    Strong instructional design skills and knowledge of adult learning principles
    Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and MS Office
    Excellent communication and video editing skills
    Ability to simplify complex information for diverse user groups
Desirable:
    Experience with LMS platforms, UX/UI principles, or working in Agile environments
    Relevant qualifications in Education, Instructional Design or IT
