Content Strategist/Technical Writer - Content Design Vice President, London

This role is within Morgan Securities Services, delivering custody, asset servicing, and data solutions for global clients.

You will support the Digital Client Experience program across various investment strategies, fund structures, asset types, and geographies.

The successful candidate will create strategies, guidelines, presentations, and documentation, working across Morgan businesses and collaborating with design, product development, and technology teams.

Aligning with the Securities Services Experience Design team, including product, service, and user experience designers, plus user researchers, you will:

  • Develop and implement content strategies to enhance user experience on the B2B portal.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and help guides.
  • Analyze user feedback to improve content and usability.
  • Ensure content quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate among technical, marketing, and stakeholder teams, facilitating workshops and training.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in content strategy development, familiarity with content management systems.
  • Strong technical writing skills for complex products or services.
  • Understanding of UX principles and collaboration with UX/UI designers.
  • Ability to establish and maintain content standards and conduct audits.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience facilitating workshops.
  • Experience engaging with senior audiences and tailoring messaging accordingly.
  • Knowledge of strategic messaging, branding, and technical concepts communication.
Preferred Skills:
  • Digital product design principles.
