Now, we are looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to lead a sports betting social media brand, create high-impact content, and engage millions of sports fans.

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly detail-oriented Content Specialist with a passion for US sports and sports betting culture.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage and grow a sports betting social media brand.
• Collaborate with top influencers in the US sports betting space.
• Develop content strategies that engage millions of US sports fans and bettors.
• Drive audience engagement and maximize customer value.

This role requires deep expertise in at least one major US sport (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB), a strong understanding of sports betting, and proven marketing and social media skills.

This on-site role is based in our London, Marylebone office and requires working five days a week to collaborate closely with our fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Build a Loyal Sports Betting Community.
• Engage with followers daily, creating and sharing high-quality content.
• Foster interactions and build a dedicated, loyal fanbase.
• Identify and promote relevant bookmaker offers to your followers.
• Use creative, effective strategies to drive engagement and maximize conversions.
• Evaluate account performance daily and adjust content and betting plans accordingly.
• Stay ahead of trends, promotions, and content opportunities in the US sports betting industry.
• Leverage all available features (TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.) to increase visibility.
• Adapt to algorithm updates and implement engagement optimization strategies.
• Ensure all content is error-free, engaging, and aligned with our brand.
• Maintain high-quality execution across all social media assets.
• Participate in weekly brainstorming sessions with brand captains and leadership.
• Lead and support your social media team, ensuring continued growth and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Deep knowledge of at least one US sport (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with followers and teams.
• Strong understanding of sports betting culture and fan engagement strategies.
• Experience in marketing, copywriting, or social media management.
• Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and sports betting communities is a plus.
• Strong copywriting abilities to create engaging, persuasive content.
• Ability to write across different social media formats and audiences.
• Ability to make quick, strategic content decisions while maintaining high-quality output.
• Experience in tracking engagement metrics and optimizing content for performance.
• Comfortable guiding and mentoring team members while taking ownership of brand growth.
• Ability to work flexible hours, aligned with peak activity times in US sports and betting.
