Meet the Content team

Our Content team ensures LEAP's software is world-class by maintaining high standards of legal accuracy across jurisdictions. They translate complex legal knowledge into streamlined, automated solutions, making a real difference in how law firms serve their clients.

Responsibilities
  • Research legal forms, legislation, and processes relevant to LEAP’s matter types, tables, and forms
  • Ensure compliance of forms, automation, and database updates with legal standards
  • Maintain quality and consistency according to Global Content Standards
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve legal forms and matter types
  • Evaluate client requests and provide training on new content releases
  • Develop expertise in Content tools, applications, and automation technologies
  • Work with database designers and developers to enhance matter types and forms
  • Stay updated on legal trends and developments
Requirements
  • 2-5 years’ experience in an English law firm, with expertise in Conveyancing, Personal Injury, or Litigation
  • Law degree
  • Experience with case management systems
  • Understanding of small law firm culture and expectations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
