Job summary

DP World is seeking a Content Specialist to position the company as a leading end-to-end logistics provider. You will create and manage engaging content—primarily visual with clear messaging—to boost understanding, engagement, and advocacy for the Transformation team.

You’ll translate complex narratives into compelling visual stories, collaborating with internal and external teams while applying strong layout, typography, and design principles across formats and geographies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ hands‑on content creation experience.
• Experience in visual communications, ideally in B2B/internal communications.
• Ability to deliver against objectives and timelines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools.

Responsibilities

• Owning the day-to-day process of planning, developing, and delivering high-quality static visual and written content across formats such as PowerPoint presentations, infographics, SharePoint content, one-pagers, illustrations, and interactive PDFs.
• Leading the creation of visually compelling materials in collaboration with internal and external creative teams, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and drives measurable engagement.
• Creating and refining static and animated visuals, icons, avatars, templates, and other branded graphic elements.
• Using AI-enhanced design tools to accelerate concept development, improve workflows, and scale content efficiently.
• Maintaining strong visual consistency across all deliverables, ensuring alignment with tone, style, and messaging.
• Adapting visual assets for different geographies, audiences, and channels using AI and smart workflows.

DP World is hiring a Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help position DP World as an end-to‑end logistics provider in the minds of key internal and external audiences. You’ll create and manage engaging content — predominantly visual, supported by clear written messaging — to enhance understanding, drive engagement, and build advocacy for the Transformation team. By translating the team’s narrative into compelling visual stories and high-impact graphic design, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring their needs are met with clear, accessible, and visually engaging content. This is a critical role in supporting DP World’s ongoing success and growth.

How you will contribute

• Owning the day-to-day process of planning, developing, and delivering high-quality static visual and written content across formats such as PowerPoint presentations, infographics, SharePoint content, one-pagers, illustrations, and interactive PDFs.

What will you bring

• 3–5 years’ hands‑on content creation experience. (A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a creative field is not required — this role is about creation and execution.)
• Professional experience in visual communications, ideally in B2B and/or internal communications, with a track record of performing well in fast‑paced environments.
• Experience in project management within complex environments (valuable but not essential), with the ability to deliver against agreed objectives and timelines.
• Strong creative ability — able to ideate, sketch, storyboard, and produce content independently, translating business needs into compelling visual storytelling.
• Expert graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with AI/generative design tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma AI).
• Strong understanding of design principles (colour theory, typography, layout, and composition) and knowledge of web/print design techniques, file formats, and production requirements.
• Ability to design across multiple formats: print, digital, presentation, and interactive.
• Working knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Figma, SharePoint, and Miro.
• Experience developing and implementing successful visual/content strategies and campaigns.
• Experience with social media, particularly LinkedIn.
• Up‑to‑date awareness of modern design trends and innovations.
