Job summary

BGS Business Group Services is seeking a Content & Social Media Marketing Manager to own content strategy, drive social media campaigns and optimise client performance across a growing portfolio.

You will lead content production, onboarding of new clients into our systems, and manage remote resources while evolving paid social capabilities. This hands-on role requires creative as well as commercial thinking and you will work with senior marketing mentors to grow your paid media expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in social media and content marketing.
• Ability to develop a content strategy rather than simply create individual posts.
• Experience creating content for businesses with a commercial or lead‑generation objective.
• Understanding of short‑form social video and what makes content perform.
• Comfortable filming content and working directly with clients.
• Strong organisation and project management skills.
• Experience managing multiple clients, brands or projects simultaneously.
• Confidence managing remote team members or freelancers.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the content production process.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in lead generation, sales and marketing performance.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and social media campaigns across client portfolio.
• Onboard new clients into our systems and manage remote content resources.
• Oversee the journey from content → campaign → lead → pipeline → sale.
• Develop paid media capability with guidance from senior team.
• As experience grows, take greater ownership of integrated client campaigns and results.
