Job summary

I2I Recruitment in Gloucester is seeking a marketing professional to create engaging content for social media, email campaigns and the website. You will support candidate attraction and talent engagement campaigns, write blogs and client stories, and manage social channels.

In this role you’ll assist with SEO, website updates, and design marketing collateral while collaborating with a supportive team. Training and development are provided in a growing B Corp business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a marketing role or relevant qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong social media knowledge, especially LinkedIn.
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.
• Experience updating WordPress websites.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Creative, proactive and commercially aware.
• Positive team player with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging content for social media, email campaigns and the website.
• Supporting candidate attraction and talent engagement campaigns.
• Writing blogs, candidate spotlights, client success stories and marketing materials.
• Managing social media activity across multiple platforms.
• Supporting website updates, SEO and user experience enhancements.
• Designing marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Assisting with marketing automation, CRM workflows and digital process improvements.
• Supporting event planning, promotion and community activities.
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights for improvement.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
