The Role


As aContent Research Manager, you will oversee the sourcing, licensing, and editorialmanagement of UGC content acrossPubity Group’s Facebook pages. You’ll lead contentacquisition workflows, liaise directly with creators, ensure all IP usage is fully cleared andcompliant, and play a key role in shaping what gets posted across our most high-performingpages.

This is a strategic and operational roleperfect for someone with deep platform experience,excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for high-engagement video content. You’llalso support theSocial Video Managerby overseeing junior editors and optimising internalprocesses to ensure scalable, rights-safe content workflows.Key Responsibilities

Lead the discovery, rights clearance, and editorial packagingof high-impact UGCvideo content for all Facebook channels

Manage direct outreach to content owners and maintain a high response andconversion rate across global contributors

Ensure all content is legally cleared,with thorough copyright, IP, and usage rightsconfirmed, in line with internal protocols

Supervise day-to-day tasks of junior team members and support team development

Use editorial judgement to identify content that aligns with brand tone, audienceinterests, and platform performance trends

Collaborate with the internal video editing team bystoryboarding and briefingeditsfor licensed content

Support and help improve scalable workflows for sourcing, reviewing, tagging, andpublishing approved videos

Maintain an organised and trackable pipeline of content submissions, rights requests,and usage records

Compile daily and weekly performance reports on acquired content, includingengagement data, conversions, and KPIs

Stay up to date with platform trends, Facebook best practices, and compliance risksacross international publishing markets

What We’re Looking For


3+ years of experience in content licensing, social publishing, rights acquisition, orUGC video editorial

Exceptional understanding ofFacebook video content, platformstandards, andaudience preferences

Proven understanding ofcopyright, fair use, and content licensing frameworks,particularly in digital media

Strong communicator across email, phone, and messaging platformscapable ofsecuring content rights quickly and clearly

Team leadership qualities with experience delegating tasks, mentoring, and helpingstructure effective workflows

Highly organised with experience using performance tools and editorial trackers

Editorially sharpable to spot and act on content that will perform across multipleaudience types

Confident briefing creative teams and giving clear feedback

Comfortable in a high-output, reactive publishing environment

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and MetaBusiness Suite

Desirable Skills:


Experience storyboarding UGC content for social video editors

Familiarity with international copyright nuances and digital media compliance

A keen eye for what’s trending across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, andReddit
