Why You’ll Love Working at Omaze:

  • Growth: Omaze is one of the fastest-growing companies in the world.
  • Impact: Join a team of world changers dedicated to creating a ripple effect of good.
  • Pioneering: Be part of something no one has done before.
  • Culture: We work hard, grow together, and spread joy along the way.

About The Job

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our content engine running smoothly—planning, coordinating and tracking content workflows across teams. You’ll play a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring the right people are aligned, approvals are streamlined, and deadlines are hit.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Senior Production Manager (who leads on production, talent, and agency partnerships) and the Marketing Executive (who drives campaign logistics and asset rollout), making sure everything stays on track without stepping on toes. Your superpower? Bringing calm, clarity and efficiency to a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Workflow & Project Coordination

  • Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing and brand priorities.
  • Track content progress from ideation to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Oversee internal workflow between Content, Brand, Creative, Social, and Growth teams.
  • Own the content approval process, gathering stakeholder feedback and managing revisions.
  • Ensure final content assets are correctly formatted and handed off to relevant teams.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary coordinator between internal teams to ensure seamless content execution.
  • Work closely with the Insights team to integrate performance data into content planning.
  • Ensure alignment between organic and paid content strategies without duplicating work handled by the Marketing Executive.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and charity partners to ensure all content meets brand and regulatory guidelines.

Operational Efficiency & Resource Management

  • Maintain content documentation, refining workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage content-related budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Work with external freelancers, copywriters, and agencies, but not production vendors (managed by the Senior Production Manager).
  • Identify bottlenecks in content processes and implement solutions to streamline execution.

About You

  • You’ll be a natural organiser who thrives on structure, timelines, and keeping projects moving forward.
  • You’ll have a calm, solutions-focused mindset and love turning chaos into clarity.
  • You’ll be confident juggling multiple priorities and collaborating with a variety of teams and stakeholders.
  • You’ll be comfortable managing feedback loops and approvals without losing momentum—or your cool.
  • You’ll bring strong attention to detail and know how to spot potential blockers before they become problems.
  • You’ll enjoy working behind the scenes to bring great content to life.
  • You’ll have experience working with content calendars, project tracking tools and documentation processes.
  • You’ll be excited by the idea of helping a fast-growing brand scale its content operations with efficiency and impact.

We actively seek out of thought and experience to drive innovation. We welcome all backgrounds, identities, and perspectives and work hard to ensure that every Omaze employee can bring their authentic self to work at all times.

What’s In It For You

  • Generous stock options scheme
  • 30 days annual leave PLUS Bank Holidays
  • Annual office closure between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
  • Private medical and dental insurance
  • 9% employer pension contributions, when you contribute at least 2%
  • £1,200 learning and development budget each year to use on training courses, conferences and professional memberships
  • Personal equipment budget to work from home
  • Enhanced family leave policies
  • Life assurance of 4x your salary

Our hiring process

Our hiring process may vary between roles, particularly for technical roles where we may incorporate a technical skills/based interview, but as standard you’ll have:

  1. Screening call with one of our in-house Talent Leads
  2. First stage interview with the Hiring Manager
  3. On-site second stage interview with key stakeholders - this could be other managers, peers or Senior team members.
  4. Final stage interview with one of our Execs.

On average, our hiring process takes around 2-3 weeks after your initial screening call.

We hire on a rolling basis, so we’ll close the role when we either a) have enough applications to process or b) have hired someone exceptional to fill the position. You’ll hear from us throughout the process, but if you’ve got any questions, please reach out to us at talent@omaze.com.
