Job Title: Content Production Assistant (6 month FTC)

Location: London Victoria, Hybrid (2 x days a week in office)

Role Purpose

Working alongside our Production Assistants, you will share responsibility for uploading and checking all our content to our Content Management System (CMS), which will ensure all our users have access to clear, consistent, and relevant content to help them with their financial education journey.

What you will be doing?

Things move fast at nudge, and we are always learning. This means we need to stay agile meaning the responsibilities of a role are never set in stone.

Responsibilities:

Loading

  • Loading new content to our multi-language platforms via our CMS
  • Selecting relevant and inclusive imagery suitable for each piece of content
  • Reviewing content for accessibility (layout, alt text, readability)
  • Audit and update content according to the specifications provided by the Heads of Regional Content

Feedback

  • Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and improving content production, feeding this back to the Head of Content Operations/Heads of Regional Content
  • Providing feedback to the content team on preventable issues to improve the content loading process

Quality and consistency

  • Identifying, flagging, and fixing any issues with content
  • Ensuring all content follows our house style and brand guidelines
  • Ensuring visual consistency across all our content

Admin

  • Providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the content team
  • Supporting other members of the content team with ad hoc tasks
