Love being behind the camera? Obsessed with TikTok trends? Know how to stop the scroll with your content? We're recruiting for a Content & Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing, family-run lifestyle brand based in Manchester. They're doing exciting things in the world of comfort and home living – and now they need a creative, hands-on content producer to bring the brand to life online.

This is not a coordinator role – it's for someone who lives and breathes short-form video, knows what works on TikTok and Instagram, and loves turning creative ideas into content that performs.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Plan, shoot and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, BTS, product demos)
  2. Capture high-quality lifestyle and product photography and visuals
  3. Write fun, engaging captions that match the brand's tone
  4. Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn channels
  5. Identify trends early – pitch and test new formats regularly
  6. Engage daily with the online community (comments, DMs, shares)
  7. Support paid ad campaigns with creative assets
  8. Track content performance and report on what's working
What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years in a hands-on content creation role (DTC or e-commerce a bonus)
  • Confident using editing platforms like Adobe
  • Skilled with both pro cameras and smartphones
  • Great understanding of TikTok, Instagram and visual-first platforms
  • Eye for detail and a strong sense of creative ownership
  • Someone who's proactive, fast-moving and full of ideas
