Job Description: Content Producer at Cloud Imperium Games

We are a crowdfunded company with a dedicated community of backers supporting us in creating the “Best Damn Space Sim Ever”. We value diverse talent and aim to deliver exceptional content.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Senior Producers in delivering high-quality Content across all production areas, collaborating with the Leadership Team globally.
2. Manage the day-to-day operations of Content teams and initiatives.
3. Drive and champion Content initiatives by coordinating with the Direction group to ensure timely and quality delivery of features.
4. Assist 3D Environment Art, Lighting, and Organic teams with daily requests and standups.
5. Lead multidisciplinary teams on content initiatives, managing schedules, breaking down work, and ensuring efficient delivery within tight deadlines.
6. Identify, communicate, and resolve risks and changes affecting delivery timelines and quality.
7. Develop collaborative relationships, anticipate and solve problems independently and collaboratively.
8. Promote efficient practices and motivate the team to maintain healthy relationships.
9. Understand the game thoroughly and the impact of new features.

Qualifications:

• Proactive attitude with a focus on streamlining and improvement.
• Experience in AAA game production, especially in content creation.
• Confidence in working on complex art projects and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with creating gameplay content and pipelines involving design and art disciplines.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, including WBD, Scheduling, Resource Management, and Team Allocation.
