Job Title: Content Producer (Creative & Social Assets)

About Us:

We’re a brand-new gym in Beckenham, building a vibrant fitness community with a strong visual identity. We’re all about energy, creativity, and connection, both inside the gym and online. We’re looking for a Content Producer who can bring our brand to life across all digital platforms.

Role Overview:

As our in-house Content Producer, you’ll be the creative force behind our visual content. From capturing real moments in the gym to producing polished assets for campaigns, you’ll create content that drives engagement and tells our story. This role blends filming, editing, design, and social media-savvy into one dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching daily content: graphics, reels, carousels, video snippets, posters, etc.

• Shoot and edit in-gym content including classes, trainers, members, and events

• Create ready-to-use content packs for social media, ads, promotions, and email

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with offers, campaigns, and trends

• Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent, on-brand presence

• Contribute creative ideas to grow our online community and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong skills in video editing, design (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite), and content production

• Confident with cameras (or smartphones) and shooting in dynamic environments

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

• Passion for fitness, creativity, and community

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Performance Metrics:

Your impact will be measured not just by creativity, but by performance. Key success indicators include:

  • Growth in engagement rates across social platforms (e.g. saves, shares, comments, video views)
  • Conversion performance of content in paid social and promotional campaigns
  • Volume and consistency of high-quality content delivered on time
  • Uplift in brand awareness and member acquisition driven by content
  • Ability to respond quickly to trends while maintaining brand identity
  • Positive feedback from internal teams on collaboration and creative leadership
