We’re seeking a Content Producer to take the lead on curating and delivering engaging, experiential content for a high-profile consumer lifestyle event in the UK. This flagship event draws thousands of visitors each year and combines expert-led talks, interactive features, live entertainment, and hands-on workshops — all designed to inspire, inform, and entertain.

This is a key role for a creative, commercially-minded professional who thrives in live event environments and knows how to build experiences that capture attention and deliver value for audiences and sponsors alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior event teams to design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that enhances the attendee experience.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of a wide range of content features, including demonstrations, live entertainment, interactive elements, and workshops.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with speakers, presenters, and entertainers, ensuring their content aligns with the event’s goals.
  • Develop and manage content schedules, ensuring all activities run smoothly and on time across the event.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships that complement event content and generate revenue.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, sponsorship) to ensure alignment across all content efforts.
  • Handle the content budget, ensuring all activities are delivered within financial parameters.
  • Ensure all content is of the highest quality, consistent with the event's brand, and engages the target audience effectively

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in content production, event management, or a related field
  • A creative and commercial mindset with experience in developing content-driven partnerships and sponsorships
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering projects within financial constraints
  • A passion for creating engaging, memorable experiences that resonate with attendees
