AtTime+Tide Watches, we make content that moves culture — and changes the way the world experiences watches. With a global media team, and Watch Discovery Studios in Melbourne, London, and New York (opening Q4 2025), we’re one of the world’s most respected watch media and alternative retail platforms.

Now, we’re continuing to hone our media business into alean, lightning-fast content machinethat delivers premium campaigns to our brand partners, supports our retail business and drives digital growth on social media, YouTube and the website. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for aContent Operations Manager— someone who:

Loves deadlines more than brainstorms

Builds smooth systems, clear calendars, and repeatable success

Thrives behind the scenes, making the team look seamless and smart

Knows how to coach, coax and coerce content on time, while remaining somehow loved by all

Knows that the best content is the content that gets shipped — on time

You’ll manage three pipelines:

  • Branded Content (for our watch brand partners)
  • Organic Content (that grows and engages our audience)
  • Commercial Content (that drives sales in our studios and online)

You’ll work closely with our:

– Global Partnership Director (UK-based)

– Creative Producer (Netherlands-based)

– 3 Channel Managers (Web - AU, YouTube - US, Social - UK)

– Founder & CEO (yes, he’s still very involved)

Your tools:

Trello, Google Drive, Frame.io, Notion

Your priorities: Ship on time. Track performance. Make it all work smoother.
