We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Content Operations Manager to join our Brand Content Team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to ensure that the brand content strategy connects to the line of business content strategies across the marketing organization. You will play a key part in ensuring that our content marketing programs drive brand awareness through integration but also resonate with specific lines of business and customer segments. You will work closely with various teams across the marketing organization to plan, deliver, and optimize content across multiple channels, driving performance and integrating seamlessly into broader campaigns.

How you will make an impact:

  • Content Strategy Management: Lead the planning and execution of brand and line of business content strategies in collaboration with different content marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across the marketing organization, including brand, product, and demand generation teams, to understand content needs, develop content plans, and integrate content strategies into larger marketing campaigns.
  • Content Delivery & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end content delivery process, ensuring timely execution, track performance metrics, and optimizing content for various channels and audiences.
  • Campaign Integration: Work closely with campaign managers to integrate content into broader marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Communication & Influence: Serve as a key communicator and influencer within the organization, effectively advocating for content marketing strategies and guiding cross-functional teams toward cohesive content initiatives.
  • Project Management: Manage content projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Work with our analytics team to improve our content tracking capability across marketing. Monitor the effectiveness of content initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to report on performance and inform future strategies.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
