Qualifications

• Two to three years in a dedicated marketing content creation role.
• Hands-on video production across planning, filming and editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities; simplify complex ideas.
• Understanding of social media channel management and digital content strategy.
• Ability to track, analyse and report on content performance.
• Proactive, curious and self-reliant with creative ownership.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of marketing channels to bring the brand to life across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, the company website and other platforms.
• Create dynamic multi-media content including written articles, video, interactive media and guides that educate and drive action.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging stories that resonate with target audiences.
• Track content performance metrics and analyse data to optimise reach, engagement and commercial impact.
• Produce regular performance reports to communicate marketing effectiveness and insights to stakeholders.
• Lead development of high-impact sales enablement tools and collateral to help sales win new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to deliver cohesive campaigns.
