Future Prospects Group Ltd is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist in Newark for a full-time, permanent role with a 33,000 per annum salary. You will own multiple marketing channels, craft engaging multimedia content, and translate technical concepts into compelling stories that drive brand awareness and commercial growth.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in content creation, strong video production skills, and proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in a dedicated marketing content creation role.
• Hands-on video production across planning, filming and editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Understanding of social media management and digital content strategy.
• Ability to track, analyse and report on content performance data.
• Proactive, curious and self-reliant with creative ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing channels across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, company website and more.
• Create multi-media content including articles, video, interactive media and guides.
• Translate complex tech concepts into accessible stories.
• Track content performance and optimise reach and impact.
• Produce regular performance reports for stakeholders.
• Develop high-impact sales enablement tools and collateral.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on campaigns.
