Are you a hands-on marketing manager with second to none copywriting and asset creation experience and a passion to learn about products and solutions? As a Content Marketing Manager, you will help drive the commercial success of SHL by empowering the business with exceptional knowledge of our market-leading solutions and offerings and creating content assets derived from our solution messaging, tools, and resources. This role is pivotal in writing or utilizing existing content, designing and creating assets aligned to the strategy of each Solution and shared with the global and field marketing teams. This is a 6-month FTC opportunity.

What you will be doing:

1. Work with Global Campaigns and Creative functions, partnering closely with peers in the Global Marketing organization, Solutions Group stakeholders, and other global functions.
2. Develop a deep knowledge of our solutions within our existing portfolio and all new solutions in development.
3. Create compelling content that reflects our solution messaging, positioning, and value to the market – including solution descriptions, campaign assets, explainer copy, and more.
4. Build close partnerships with Solution Owners responsible for the development and ongoing update of our solutions, and with peers in the Global marketing organization and sales enablement.
5. Ensure alignment, messaging synergies, and go-to-market strategies with our Campaigns function.
6. Maintain and oversee content libraries across platforms such as SharePoint and HighSpot, ensuring assets are relevant, accessible, and up-to-date.
7. Track and improve the performance and impact of content and assets, refining them as necessary.

What we are looking for from you:

Essential:

• Substantial marketing, content, or product marketing experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Collaborative and curious mindset with a willingness to learn.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with tools like Eloqua, Synthesia, Canva, and HighSpot.

You must have the right to work in the UK.
