We’re looking for a creative and commercially minded Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating and distributing engaging, insight-driven content that generates leads, builds brand authority, and supports our sales funnel.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically but deliver day-to-day content across multiple channels.

Job Description

  • Own and execute the content strategy to support brand, SEO, lead generation and customer engagement goals
  • Plan and produce a pipeline of high-quality content: blogs, guides, whitepapers, videos, case studies, emails, web copy and social media
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) and external partners (PR, SEO, video) to maximise reach and impact
  • Manage the content calendar and campaign timelines
  • Optimise content for SEO and conversion, supported by keyword research and analytics
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats and channels
  • Track performance, report on KPIs and continuously improve based on data
  • Champion the tone of voice and brand storytelling across all communications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within SaaS or tech
  • A strong portfolio of written and multimedia content that delivers results
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working with data to inform decisions
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms
  • Highly organised, self-driven and results-focused
  • Passionate about making a difference – ideally with an interest in health, care or social impact sectors
