We are working in partnership with a purpose-led, growth-focused client based in Reigate to find an experienced Content Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded storyteller to take a leading role in shaping brand voice and strategic content that truly connects with customers and someone who thrives on turning insight into compelling messaging that opens doors, influences decisions, and drives business conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine brand messaging and narrative frameworks that align with company vision
  • Work closely with leadership to understand strategic direction, values, and market positioning
  • Partner with sales to uncover customer pain points and drive insight-led campaigns
  • Design and deliver targeted B2B campaigns tailored to specific industries and product use cases
  • Write and edit high-impact content including emails, brochures, micro sites, and landing pages
  • Guide and mentor junior content contributors or freelance writers
  • Manage the editorial calendar and oversee content production workflows
  • Ensure all content supports lead generation, customer engagement, and brand consistency

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally within B2B environments
  • Proven ability to lead content strategy and campaign storytelling
  • Strong grasp of Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) thinking and commercial messaging
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of niche B2B campaign work
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across sales, product, and leadership
  • Deep understanding of buyer journeys and inbound marketing principles
  • Curious, business-focused, and empathetic communicator
