What We’re Looking For

We need someone to own content at CarbonChain, from high-level strategy to day to day posting. You'll be the architect of our content strategy and the person who actually builds it, brick by brick.

This role isn't about managing content from a distance. We want someone who can craft a killer content strategy on Monday, shoot a founder interview on Tuesday, design social assets on Wednesday, host a webinar on a Thursday, and who knows how to leverage tech to repurpose everything into five different formats by Friday. All while keeping one eye on the metrics that matter.

You'll also work closely with our founders to build authentic thought leadership in the climate tech space, turning complex carbon accounting into content that people actually want to consume. Think less "corporate sustainability report" and more "here's how we're actually fixing the planet."

You are someone who

  • Has been there and done it in B2B SaaS, fintech, climate tech, or other industries where you have to make complex stuff compelling
  • Can seamlessly switch between drafting up a whitepaper and editing a video without missing a beat
  • Gets genuinely excited about using AI tools to improve your content output (but knows when the human touch is irreplaceable)
  • Has strong opinions about what makes content work, and has the data to back them up
  • Thrives in the controlled chaos of a fast-growing startup where wearing multiple hats isn't just expected, it's essential!

S pecific Responsibilities Include

  • Own our entire content strategy across every channel that matters (web, social, email, sales enablement, you name it)
  • Define our voice, messaging, and positioning, then make sure it stays consistent as we scale
  • Spot content opportunities that our competitors are missing and capitalise on them fastt
  • Work directly with our founders to build their personal brands and establish CarbonChain as the go-to authority in climate tech

Hands-On Creation & Production

  • Create content yourself, be it writing blogs, designing graphics, editing videos or building out presentations
  • Manage a content calendar that actually gets executed
  • Brief and manage freelancers and agencies when you need extra hands, but never lose editorial control
  • Use AI tools strategically to amplify your output without sacrificing quality
  • Repurpose in-depth, technical content and transform it into multiple formats that work across different channels and audiences

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track what's working and double down on it. Kill what isn't
  • Build feedback loops with sales to understand which content actually moves deals forward
  • Optimise everything based on real data, not gut feelings
  • Create systems and processes that let us scale content without losing our edge

  • CarbonChain becomes known for content that people in climate tech look to, regularly reading/watching content
  • Measurable growth in brand awareness, website traffic, and qualified leads directly attributable to content
  • A content operation that runs smoothly whether you're in the office or on vacation
  • Cont ent that sales teams use in real conversations with real prospects
  • Our founders ar e recognised as thought leaders, not just because we say so, but because the market knows so
