Location: Our HQ is in Hereford and we would expect 1-2 days here per week for the filming / creation of content. For the right individual we would provide accommodation.
Foreva Farmers is one of the fastest-growing drinks businesses in the UK.
We launched six months ago and our premium tonics and mixers are now stocked in leading retailers, delis, bars, and soon national retailers. Revenue has quadrupled month-on-month, driven by strong product-market fit and operational discipline.
The Role
We’re looking for a smart, ambitious, and commercially minded Founders Associate to lead digital growth, brand development, and community engagement. This is a high-autonomy role with broad responsibility across content, social media, paid performance, D2C and e-commerce, CRM, partnerships, events, and retail marketing support.
You’ll report directly to the Founder and work alongside our incoming Sales Lead. While we work with external agencies for performance, web, and email, you’ll lead strategy, execution oversight, and ensure consistent brand and commercial impact.
You’ll also play a key role in building community within the drinks and farming industries, helping position Foreva Farmers as a serious, credible brand with long-term relevance and purpose.
