Following recent growth and retail success, we are expanding our marketing team and looking for a dynamic Content & Marketing Executive to amplify our brand presence online.

Role Overview

This role is for someone who lives and breathes content creation. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge in bringing the B&A Quilting and mysa brands to life across digital channels through high-quality video, photography, design, and storytelling. You won't just be posting - you’ll be creating: filming, editing, writing, and producing compelling content that drives awareness, builds trust, and drives measurable growth. Your creativity will help us connect deeply with our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, behind-the-scenes, product demos, etc.)
• Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photography for use across digital platforms
• Write engaging blogs, email campaigns, and captions that align with brand tone and messaging
• Design assets in Canva and edit video/photo content using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Lightroom
• Post and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Monitor trends and proactively pitch new content ideas and formats
• Coordinate and schedule User-Generated Content (UGC) to amplify brand authenticity
• Daily management of social media channels, community engagement, and responding to comments/messages.

Email Marketing & CRM

• Create and schedule visually engaging email campaigns (product drops, brand storytelling, promotions)
• Maintain and segment customer databases to improve targeting and retention

Content Performance & Paid Support

• Track and report content performance weekly/monthly using analytics tools
• Assist the Marketing Manager with creative support for paid ad campaigns (Meta/Google)

Who We're Looking For:

You are a creator at heart - someone who wants to shoot, edit, and ship creative work that moves people and grows brands.

You should have:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, ideally within a DTC or e-commerce setting
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Lightroom, and Canva
• Confidence using both professional cameras and smartphones to capture high-quality video and photography
• A strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, and other visual-first platforms
• Basic knowledge of email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo/Mailchimp) and CRM tools
• A strategic mindset, but a bias for execution - you get things done quickly and creatively
• Strong attention to detail, ownership over your work, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
