Location: Leicester LE3 5BZ - Hybrid

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

We are looking for a Paid Media and Content Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at the Yü Group. The Paid Media and Content Marketing Executive will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing campaigns across a variety of Paid Media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube and Google AdWords. Additionally, they will help and support the creation, curation and distribution of content across our various channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and support the execution of campaigns across multiple Paid Media channels, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google AdWords.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Develop and execute content marketing campaigns across all channels, including creation of content for blogs, web pages and internal documents.
  • Curate and create content for distribution across social media channels.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media.
  • Analyse data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Help to develop and execute creative strategies alongside your content marketing colleagues.
  • Supporting customer communication campaigns and reporting.
  • Support with marketing campaigns and project management for our sister brand, Yü Charge
  • Collaborate with other teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure campaigns are effectively executed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience in Paid Media, Content Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Knowledge of Paid Media and Content Marketing tactics and strategies.
  • Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.
  • Understanding of analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
