Sento Talent are working with a reputable full-service Marketing agency in their search for a skilled and motivated Content Manager to join our expanding team in Birmingham. The agency has grown significantly in the last 12 months. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of their growth journey and continue your development in the agency world.


Our client needs a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in crafting compelling content across a variety of platforms. If you have a flair for short-form content and want to be part of a progressive team, this could be the perfect role for you.


What does this role involve you doing?
  1. Collaborate with the Head of Content to develop and execute content strategies that align with client goals.
  2. Plan and write engaging content for social media channels, ensuring each post resonates with the target audience.
  3. Develop email workflows that nurture leads and move them through the client's sales funnel.
  4. Support the paid search team by creating engaging and effective ads for clients.
  5. Contribute to website copy for both new and existing clients.
  6. Review existing content and offer recommendations to improve performance and engagement.

What is your client looking for?
  1. 3+ years of experience working in an agency environment (though we'll consider less experience if you can demonstrate your ability).
  2. Proven experience in creating successful content strategies, particularly in short-form content such as:
    1. Emails
    2. Social media posts
    3. Social media ads
    4. PPC ads
    5. Website copy
  3. A deep understanding of how to write content that grabs attention, engages an audience, and stands out from the crowd.

This role will be based out of our client's offices in Birmingham 4 days per week - you have the option of working from home on either a Monday or a Friday.
