The Role

As we grow, we're looking for a Content Management System (CMS) Executive on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to help us manage and deliverhigh-quality content that truly makes an impact. In this role, you'll coordinate the delivery of behaviour change content, support B2B partnerships, and maintain the quality and accuracy of our platform. You'll work with a passionate team and contribute to a fast-evolving health tech product designed to improve lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and maintain wellness content using our CMS and Chrome extension

Coordinate regular and ad-hoc content updates with the wider content team

Support B2B segment delivery and bespoke client projects

Conduct audits and QA checks to ensure content accuracy

Identify and fix content issues across our live and development environments

Create and update internal guides and CMS training materials

Liaise with the CMS provider to support continuous improvement

Location:This is a hybrid role based inLondon (W1), with at least two days per week in the office.

The Person

  • Previous experience in CMS or content support roles (ideally in health tech or digital)
  • Tech savvy with experience collaborating with technical teams and using/ prompting AI tools (like ChatGPT)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, Jira, Confluence, and QA/testing tools
  • A technical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with great documentation and writing skills
