Job summary

Moody's is offering a 10-week Content Experience Summer Intern role in London. You will join the Content Experience team to convert content to HTML, draft video scripts, and create instructional videos that complement help content.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Familiarity with technical writing standards.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Familiarity with basic video editing tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
Basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

Convert PDF-based content into HTML and support automation to streamline conversion.
Translate help documentation into video scripts and create instructional videos.
Develop digital walkthroughs and in-app guidance to improve UX.
Support release activities, including publishing and maintaining HTML content on web platforms.
Perform QA testing for Navigator chatbot to validate content accuracy and updates.
Collaborate with team across geographic locations in a distributed team environment.
