A vibrant creative agency seeks a passionate Content Executive to produce top-notch video, photography, and written content. This hybrid role offers flexibility while requiring attendance on content days and events. We're looking for someone with strong videography skills, which are essential for this role. You must be confident in filming, editing, and producing professional-quality content across various formats, and excited to bring stories to life through video.
We work from co-working spaces in Cheltenham and Gloucester. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home, but attendance is required for in-person content days, events, and client shoots.
Access to a car and being based in Cheltenham is preferred due to client visits and kit transport.
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (pro-rata for part-time). Please include your expectations when applying.

We help complex businesses communicate clearly, creatively, and effectively. Our work includes digital strategy, video, photography, podcasting, social media, and newsletters, mainly for technical sectors like cybersecurity. We are a small but ambitious business that values initiative, creativity, and curiosity.
We seek a Content Executive capable of delivering high-quality content across formats while keeping the business organized and progressing. Responsibilities include shooting and editing videos, supporting events, managing admin tasks, and contributing to written content such as blogs and newsletters.
Required: Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, After Effects; excellent camera skills; knowledge of lighting, framing, visual storytelling; photography skills; camera technical knowledge; excellent writing; organized, proactive, reliable; independent and team worker; curious and adaptable.
Bonus (Not Essential): Experience in a digital agency/start-up/tech company; SEO knowledge; social media management; Canva familiarity; supporting executives or founders.
