Job description

Role: Content Executive – FTC 3 months

Location: Leeds, LS15 (with hybrid working after completion of training)

Salary: £27,000 per annum, pro rata, plus extensive benefits

Contract type: Fixed term contract

Employment type: Full time

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone starting their career in digital content management or eCommerce. As a Content Executive, you will primarily support the P2U rebrand with some day-to-day management of product and marketing content across our website. You'll ensure that content is accurate, up-to-date, and published correctly, playing a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience and playing a key role in the execution of the P2U rebrand

What you’ll be doing?

  • Upload and publish product content (text, images, pricing, descriptions) using our Content Management System (CMS)
  • Ensure all content goes live accurately and on schedule
  • Check daily to test product pages for functionality, broken links, formatting, and overall quality, working with SEO team
  • Work closely with marketing, commercial, and UX teams to gather and implement content updates
  • Support promotional campaigns by updating banners, product listings, and other related site content
  • Assist in maintaining, tagging and organizing digital assets (e.g. NEW product images, documentation)
  • Flag and help resolve content or technical issues on the site
  • Stay up to date with basic SEO principles and apply them where appropriate
  • Attend daily standup to keep on top of change programme

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms or content management systems (CMS)
  • Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Digital Marketing or a related field
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
  • Basic understanding of web content management systems (e.g. Wordpress, StoryBlok, Shopify)
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry
  • Interest in digital content, eCommerce, or online healthcare is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
