Job description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Content team, supporting the business in delivering high-quality written materials and marketing content.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end submissions process—from planning and content creation to submission and post-submission marketing. You’ll also contribute to wider content initiatives, helping to amplify our brand and celebrate our successes.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Lead and manage the full lifecycle of legal directory and award submissions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  2. Act as the go-to expert and trusted advisor for colleagues across the firm on all matters relating to rankings and awards
  3. Maintain and coordinate research calendars, submission deadlines, client references, and interview schedules
  4. Draft, review, and edit compelling content for submissions, awards, and other marketing materials
  5. Provide training and mentoring to colleagues on best practices for the legal directory process
  6. Liaise with partners and researchers to coordinate interviews and prepare briefing materials
  7. Collaborate with Communications and Marketing teams to promote rankings internally and externally
  8. Analyse and report on rankings performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  9. Maintain an annual awards calendar and track outcomes to inform future strategy
  10. Support broader content and go-to-market activities as needed, depending on team capacity

  • Experience in a content marketing or digital marketing role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Can interpret and make good use of data
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and working on multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Project and process management skills with the consistent ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, editorial, and proofreading skills
  • Self-aware, passionate about self-development/improvement and the learning and development of others
