The Opportunity
Radar Healthcare's new Content Executive
What you’ll be doingto make a difference:
  • Create compelling and engaging copy for a variety of platforms, including social media, email campaigns, public relations, ghost-writing, blog posts, product descriptions, and thought leadership articles.
  • Take ownership of developing thought leadership content tailored for senior stakeholders, adapting to multiple tones of voice. This will involve writing on a diverse range of topics, requiring confidence in approaching subjects from different perspectives.
  • Review, edit, and proofread content created by colleagues. Exceptional grammar and language skills are essential to maintain accuracy and consistency across all materials.
  • Partner with the Marketing Executive to produce content with a customer-first approach, ensuring materials are optimised for maximum engagement with the intended audience.
Your journey so far...
  • Professional experience in content creation or similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and platforms
  • Proactive and adaptable, with excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to generate innovative content ideas
  • Highly organised with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for events, conferences, or business meetings, representing the organisation and strengthening industry connections.
Even better if you…
  • English degree or a degree in a related writing-focused field (achieved at a 2:1 or First), or possess an equivalent qualification and/or demonstrable experience.
  • Briefing & collaborated with external agencies.
  • If you’re brimming with creativity, and have a knack for crafting messages that stand out from the crowd, this role could be perfect for you. Bring your unique perspective, innovative thinking, and enthusiasm to help us continue to make a real difference.

We have a base expectation of 1 day per month in the office but outside of this,although we have a fantastic office in the heart of Leeds (complete with a rooftop bar for the summer months), the choice is yours!

Enhanced family leave - Primary caregivers (maternity/adoption); 16 weeks full pay, 10 weeks half pay & secondary caregivers (paternity); 2 weeks full pay and another 2 weeks full pay to take in your new arrivals first year of life (once you have been with us for 1 year)

Pension - We’re invested in your future, we contribute 3% of your salary to your pension pot, helping you save up for those golden years!

Technology – Rest assured, we'll have a laptop all set up and ready for you on your first day. Additionally, in your first week, we’ll conduct a WFH risk assessment to ensure you have everything you need, including a second screen, keyboard, mouse, and any other goodies!

Dog friendly office

Socials – we get together as a full company at least four times per year, plus at least once a quarter in individual teams, too. Not including all the fun activities being planned by our newly formed social committee.
