Overview

Would you like to join a leading global membership organisation for legal professionals, spanning over 170 countries? Representing members worldwide, the organisation plays a significant role in advancing international law. The organisation creates a diverse mix of content - from publications and websites to podcasts, video, and social media, engaging a wide audience of lawyers, policymakers, and industry leaders.

The Role

The Role:

  • Editing, proofreading, and publishing text content across the organisation's website and platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Managing content within the CMS, keeping web pages current and aligned with style guidelines.
  • Editing and uploading podcasts and video content (Adobe Premiere Pro/Audition), managing YouTube, Vimeo, and Audioboom channels.
  • Overseeing the organisation's social media presence, including content planning and posting.
  • Supporting the production of the flagship magazine and its online presence, including articles, transcripts, and related assets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, training colleagues in CMS and multimedia processes, and providing editorial support across the organisation.
The Candidate
  • 2 years + editorial experience in a multimedia publishing environment.
  • Strong web editing and writing skills, with CMS experience and knowledge of HTML.
  • Experience in film and audio editing (Adobe Premiere Pro essential).
  • Professional use of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Desirable skills include experience with CSS/web design, filming, and software such as Audition, After Effects, InDesign, and Illustrator.
