CONTENT EDITOR
Key requirements

To continuously monitor and respond to market and industry needs and deliver content in multiple formats across various platforms. Collaborate with colleagues to maximize revenue and profit for the business.

Key responsibilities

You are responsible for all content published across all platforms within your area of specialization. This requires a multimedia approach, a data-led mindset, and an understanding of the collecting hobby and industry.

To create, commission, and edit content to a publication-ready standard suitable for your audience and platform, which may include:

  • Video and livestream
  • Photography
  • Print materials (magazines, supplements, annuals, one-offs, etc.)
  • Digital magazines, including supplements and one-offs
  • Social media
  • Website
  • Newsletters
  • Seminars
  • Webinars
  • Podcasts
  • Future platforms as yet unknown

To meet KPIs agreed with your manager.

To utilize analytical tools (Google Analytics, Dotdigital, YouTube Analytics, sales data, etc.), in-house reports, and engagement with hobbyists and industry leaders to make data-driven decisions.

To identify skill gaps and plan pathways to develop necessary skills.
