An established and respected medical education publisher is seeking a detail-focused and creative Content Developer to support the development of their leading online education platform for healthcare professionals. This full-time role is based in Paddington, London, with a requirement to work in the office at least two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
About the Role
As Content Developer for the e-learning platform, you will play a key role in transforming expert-written medical content into high-quality, engaging e-learning resources for surgeons and clinical staff around the world. Working closely with the editorial and production teams, you'll create interactive modules and review existing content to ensure it reflects current practices and remains clear, accurate, and accessible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about medical education, with a background in science or medicine and a keen eye for detail, who enjoys turning complex clinical information into effective learning materials.
Key Responsibilities:
·Develop interactive, evidence-based e-learning modules using authoring tools
·Collaborate with editors, authors, and clinical experts to ensure content quality and relevance
·Update and enhance existing educational materials
·Integrate new instructional methods and technology into online learning content
·Maintain accurate records, schedules, and content assets
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a background in medicine or the biological sciences, or relevant experience working with medical publications, and a genuine interest in improving education for clinicians worldwide. They will be detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The role requires someone who can collaborate confidently with authors, editors, and internal teams, demonstrating professionalism and clarity in all communications. Experience in developing educational materials, working with e-learning software, or engaging with medical content is highly desirable, as is familiarity with academic or clinical environments and subject matter experts.
