Job Overview

We are seeking a content developer to train AI models by providing diverse and complex chemistry problems, evaluating AI outputs for correctness and performance, and improving model quality. The role requires an expert understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.
