We are seeking a chemistry expert to join our team to train AI models. Your role will involve measuring AI chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

Requirements include a strong understanding of chemistry; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

• This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position.
• You can select projects based on your interests.
• You have flexibility in your schedule.
• Compensation starts at $40+ per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:
