Job summary

Adecco Global IM is seeking an experienced Content Designer to join a fast-paced Rewards team within a leading financial services organisation. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary product and design team to create clear, useful, customer-focused digital experiences.

The role focuses on developing the Challenges feature within Rewards, supporting BAU activity and seasonal campaigns, and translating customer insights into engaging content.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Content Designer in a similar setting.
• Experience collaborating with UX/Product Designers.
• Experience in multidisciplinary product teams.
• Strong practical experience using Figma.
• Experience with design systems.
• Experience developing customer journeys.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Comfortable working independently and at pace.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging and customer-centred content for digital products.
• Work with UX and Product Designers to develop end-to-end customer journeys.
• Understand customer problems, needs and goals and translate them into effective content solutions.
• Contribute throughout the product design and delivery process as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and confidently communicate and champion content decisions.
• Create and iterate content directly within Figma.
• Work within established design systems and content frameworks.
• Support product development, BAU activity and customer campaigns.
• Manage your own workload and take ownership of deliverables from discovery through to execution.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Help ensure content is consistent, accessible and aligned with both customer and business needs.
