Job summary

Capgemini Invent UK is seeking a Content Designer to join a multidisciplinary, agile team focused on user-centred digital services. You will create accessible, plain-English content, map user journeys and work with government-like service standards where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practice.
• Experience in multidisciplinary Agile teams to design and deliver user-centred services.
• Experience writing inclusive content in plain English.
• Experience with accessibility standards and WCAG/WCAG-related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with clients across projects and collaborate with them on content.
• Create and iterate accurate user-centred content to a high standard meeting user needs.
• Use analytics, user feedback and research to map user journeys and identify user needs.
• Make complex language and processes easy to understand.
• Bring new ideas and challenge the status quo.
• Advocate for user-centred design and agile delivery approaches.
